My Job Concierge was founded with a simple yet powerful mission: to automate the job search and career guidance process. We free up job seekers' time by delivering opportunities that perfectly match their capabilities, right where they are.
Instead of spending hours scrolling through irrelevant job listings, our users upload their CV once and let our AI do the work. When a role scoring 75% or above appears, we notify them instantly — with the match score, skill analysis, and one-tap options to apply with a tailored CV and cover letter already generated.
We are built by Phoenix Fortunes (SMC) Limited, an AI and technology company founded by organisational psychologist and management consultant Andeh Hyeroba. Our team brings deep expertise in human resources, talent management, and AI engineering — a rare combination that puts genuine career expertise behind every product decision.
