- Minimum High School Certificate (Bachelor's in Telecommunications preferred);
- Demonstrated experience in call center or customer service environment;
- Outstanding communication skills in English and/or French;
- Strong listening and problem-solving capabilities;
- Ability to perform under pressure and achieve targets;
- Basic computer proficiency required.
