Reports To: Group CFO

Purpose

Convert financial data into actionable insights, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making throughout the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management dashboards and KPI reports.
• Maintain and refresh rolling forecasts and long-term projections.
• Perform variance and scenario analysis against budget/plan.
• Assist business units with financial planning and decision-making.
• Monitor and report on strategic initiatives and investment performance.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis for board and investor reporting.

Key Deliverables

• Monthly management reporting pack (D+6)
• Rolling 3-month forecast (updated monthly)
• Quarterly strategic performance review (Q+5)
• Investor metrics pack (quarterly)

Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or Economics; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in FP&A, management reporting, or strategic finance.
• Strong Excel, modelling, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights to management.
• Experience in multi-entity / multi-currency environments preferred.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken, is an advantage.

Scope

Group-wide FP&A, covering all subsidiaries and business lines.

Works closely with Financial Controllers and Treasury.

KPIs

Accuracy and timeliness of forecasts and reports.

Quality of insights and recommendations for management.
